Why we exist
Most digital products don't fail because the idea was wrong. They fail in the gap between the deck and the deploy.
The design agency hands over Figma files. The dev shop hands back something that doesn't match them. Six months and a second budget later, the product ships without the thing that made it worth building.
We have watched this happen inside startups, global brands and enterprises across energy, FMCG, fintech, e-commerce and SaaS. The pattern is always the same: nobody owned the whole thing.
Venture Republic exists to own the whole thing.

Founder and CEO, Venture Republic
Khizar started as an independent product and UX designer in 2008, helping clients build user-centred products for web and mobile. In 2011 he founded Venture Republic as a product design studio, and over fifteen years grew it into a team that designs and builds.
In 2021 he stepped inside a client for a year, leading product and design at Integry as Head of Product and Design, owning the design system, the team and the standard of everything that shipped. He came back to the studio with a client's view of what a partner should actually deliver.
Nobody owned the whole thing. That is the problem we were built to solve.
Our story
From a guest room to a product studio
Venture Republic didn't start as a design studio. It started with our own websites, and a client who asked if we could build theirs.

It started with our own sites
We built niche affiliate websites: product reviews, news and articles. Then someone asked if we could build a website for them. That first client project changed the plan.

From a guest room to a 15-person agency
Two people, a designer and a developer, working out of a guest room. It grew into a full-service agency covering web design, development, social media marketing and SEO.

Finding the work we love
The projects that excited us most were products for startups: building something from scratch and adding real value, creatively, commercially and for the people who use it.

All in on products
We narrowed our focus to SaaS founders and enterprise product teams, designing and building platforms like Integry, Railz, Jazz and Cricingif.

Focused on the US and MENA
We now work with founders and product teams in the US and the Middle East, through our US company in Delaware and working days that overlap with both.

Building our own
We started shipping our own products for gaps we saw in the market. We still love building for people who are passionate about building great products.
