Business Development Manager


Job Description

Create business opportunities in the private sector related to the Venture Republic services. This position will have direct customer contact and also will be responsible for proposal strategy, manage proposal development, organize team meetings with customers, and negotiate/close contracts. Execute all aspects of opportunity identification, research, pursuit and closing.

  • Identifying new opportunities for expanding internationally.
  • Scouting for various routes to markets.
  • Creating and managing long-term business relationships.
  • Forming a network of partnerships.

Skills & Requirements

  • Previous 2-4 years of experience in Agency or Technology Startups.
  • Strong communicator with excellent influencing and networking skills.
  • Strong negotiator.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure.
  • Experience implementing and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
  • Language capabilities (fluent in English).
